Having the two novellas at the end makes no sense and detract from the author's work. I would read them in the following order in order to make the most of Cass's wonderful character development:

I really loved this box set. The pace was fast and the premise is interesting. I like the way Kiera sets up her characters. Her stories flows very well. I am looking forward to the rest of the series.
Nice young author series. Good collection for those who want to read the series, and the short stories. Stories is like a YA version of the bachelor. Enjoyed.
I decided to read this book after it was compared to The Hunger Games and Divergent. I loved both of those series and decided to give this one a try. I was hooked from the moment I started reading. While the story is completely different from the other two series the way it reads reminds me very much of the other books and I can understand why it was compared to them. The main story revolves around a love triangle but there are also some political aspects to the story that keep it very interesting. If you are looking for a book to become consumed with I highly recommend diving into this one.
Who would have thought that the wishy-washy choices of a starry eyed teen could be so endearing? America's emotions going back and forth from two men were like a skillfully played long volley of tennis at game point--- tense but always well written. I love this series, and I enjoyed re-reading it again. Kudos to Kiera Cass!
On the whole, I enjoyed the books and really appreciated the continuity of reading them from start to finish without interruption. I did get awfully tired of America as she needed to grow up and not be so self centered. Her demands on Maxon were unreasonable and tiresome. America seemed to feel that Maxon should read her mind while she no interest how his upbringing motivated his actions. Teenage angst anyone? The ending seemed rather abrupt after such a long build up. Still, I don't regret reading it.
This was a wonderful young adult series-I'm older than a young adult but found them well written and so reminiscent of younger years and the indecisiveness that comes with youth. The heroine of this story so perfectly reflects a young girl presented with tough choices and her attempts to reason on the outcomes of her decisions, her attempts to be unselfish-while battling our human nature to be selfish and wanting to have a safety net. Very in depth characters and the book presents each part of the story from several characters viewpoints.
This series was FANTASTIC. I am in love with the YA genre and it was refreshing to read a story that was a bit different than all the others. I won't lie, the beautiful blue dress on the cover of the first book is what sucked me in! This was definitely a book/series you could judge by the cover. It got better and better with each book. I loved I could read a short story from Maxon and Aspen's point of view as well. Kiera created so many memorable characters, I felt like there were many I would love to be friends with. I'm also pretty sure Marlee would be my best friend too! Thank you so much for sharing America's story with us, Kiera! I loved every second of these books and I can't wait to see what you are working on next!
